补益宗气法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Applying Nourishing Zongqi Method in the Treatment of Cough Variant Asthma

目的:观察运用补益宗气法治疗咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)的疗效及安全性。方法:将80例符合条件的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,分别予以补益宗气法中药汤剂(补中益气汤)及西药顺尔宁进行治疗,8周为治疗周期。治疗期间观察药物的不良反应,治疗结束后评价两组的总临床疗效、咳嗽积分及中医证候积分的变化。结果:治疗组在总有效率、咳嗽积分及中医证候积分的变化方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补益宗气法治疗CVA在有效性和安全性方面均显示出较满意的效果,值得临床推广。

Objective： Observing the efficacy and safety of treating cough variant asthma（ CVA） by nourishing Zongqi.Methods： 80 eligible patients were randomly divided into treatment group and controlled group,and were given Chinese medicine soup of nourishing Zongqi（ Buzhong Yiqi Decoction） and Singulair respectively. Eight weeks was set as the period of each patient.Adverse actions were observed during the treating period; after all the treatments were over,the changes of total clinical efficacy,cough score and TCM syndromes score were observed. Results： The changes of total effective rate,cough score and TCM syndromes score of the treatment group were better than those of the controlled group. Conclusion： Both the efficacy and safety of treating CVA by nourishing Zongqi are of good performance and is worth spreading in clinic.
