小柴胡加石膏汤合升降散化裁治小儿发热(少阳阳明合病)临床观察

Clinical Observation of Varied Xiaochaihu Adding Shigao Decoction Combined with Shengjiang Power in the Treatment of Fever in Children(Shaoyang Yangming Combined Disease)

目的:观察小柴胡加石膏汤合升降散化裁治小儿发热(少阳阳明合病)临床疗效。方法:将我院66例发热患儿以随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各33例。对照组采用布洛芬混悬液治疗;观察组采用小柴胡加石膏汤合升降散化裁治疗。记录两组患儿发热、头痛、多汗、鼻塞等症状消失时间和住院时间,观察两组临床疗效及安全性。结果:观察组发热、头痛、多汗、鼻塞等症状消失时间和住院时间均较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05);观察组治疗总有效率(93.94%)显著高于对照组(75.76%),不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗期间不良反应症状较轻,未影响正常治疗。结论:小柴胡加石膏汤合升降散化裁治小儿发热安全有效,能快速退热,缓解恶寒、鼻塞、咳嗽等症状。较西药疗效更显著,可作为临床治疗少阳阳明合病证型小儿发热的优选方案。

Objective： To investigate the clinical effect of using Varied Xiaochaihu Adding Shigao Decoction combined with Shengjiang Power in the treatment of fever（ Shaoyang Yangming combined disease） and nasal obstruction in children. Methods：66cases of children with fever（ Shaoyang Yangming combined disease） were randomly divided into controlled group and observation group by random number table method,with 33 cases in each group. The controlled group were treated with ibuprofen suspension while the observation group were treated with Varied Xiaochaihu Adding Shigao Decoction combined with Shengjiang Power.The disappearing time of fever,headache,hyperhidrosis,nasal obstruction and other symptoms and hospitalization time in the two groups were recorded. The clinical curative effect and safety in the two groups were observed. Results： In the observation group,the disappearing time of fever,headache,hyperhidrosis,nasal obstruction and other symptoms [（ 25. 13 ± 12. 42）,（ 20. 67 ±10. 33）,（ 17. 38± 9. 54）,（ 23. 25±8. 13） ] h and hospitalization time（ 3. 32±1. 57） days were shorter than those in the controlled group [（ 38. 75±16. 33）,（ 32. 15±11. 54）,（ 26. 39±11. 37）,（ 31. 64±12. 28） ] hours and（ 5. 64±2. 38） days]（ P0. 05）; the total effective rate in the observation group（ 93. 94%） was significantly higher than that in the controlled group（ 75. 76%） while the incidence rate of adverse reactions（ 3. 03%） was significantly lower than that in the controlled group（ 21. 21%）（ P0. 05）. The adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment were mild and did not affect the normal treatment. Conclusions： Varied Xiaochaihu Adding Shigao Decoction combined with Shengjiang Power in the treatment of fever in children is safe and effective. It can quickly abating fever and alleviate chills,nasal obstruction and other symptoms. Compared with that of western medicine,the therapeutic effect is more significant. It can be used as a preferred regimen for clinical treatment of Shaoyang Yangming combined disease syndrome in children with fever.
