微生态调节剂在抗生素相关性腹泻中的应用 被引量:9

Application of microecological in regulation antibiotic-associated diarrhea

摘要 由于抗生素在人群中的广泛应用,抗生素相关性腹泻(AAD)成为许多患者常见的问题。目前,微生态调节剂已经广泛应用于AAD、艰难梭菌感染相关腹泻等疾病的治疗中。然而,针对不同的临床情况,微生态调节剂应用亦有其特点。该文主要从微生态调节剂的选取、临床适应证以及使用剂量等方面阐述微生态调节剂在AAD中的应用。 Antibiotic-associated diarrhea (AAD) is a common problem in many patients due to the widespread use of antibiotics in this population. Currently, micro ecological regulator has been widely applied to treatment for AAD and clostridinm difficile-associated- diarrhea and other diseases. However, the use of micro-ecological regulator has its own characteristics according to different clinical situations. Here, we will describe the selection ofmicroecological regulator, clinical indications, and dosage in clinical practice.
