住院医师培训信息化管理现状和实践

Management and practice of residents training informationization

随着国家对住院医师规范化培训工作的重视,住院医师培训信息化建设工作在中国被提上议程并有了迅猛的发展。本文在对中国住院医师培训信息化相关研究进行梳理的基础上,提出了建设住院医师培训信息化四项主要原则,包括优化管理制度、实现多角色系统、实现全方位评估、强化师资管理。文章最后以北京协和医院住院医师培训信息化建设为例进行了分析,并展望了未来中国住院医师培训信息化的方向。

Residents training gets more and more emphasis, therefore residents training informationization gets great development in China. Based on the review of residents training informationization research, the paper presents pri- mary principles of development of residents training IT system, which includes optimizing management rules, reali- zing multi-roles system, overall assessments and strengthening human resource of faculty development. The paper analyzes residents training informationization practices in Peking Union Medical College Hospital, and orient resi- dents training informationization in the future.
