高校教师专业发展过程中组织支持的缺失与应对

The Lack and Coping of Organizational Support in University Teachers' Professional Development

高校教师专业能力的不断提高是在教学实践中获得的,其专业发展离不开组织的外力支持。目前,我国高等学校在给教师专业发展提供支持方面存在组织制度缺位、组织文化培育不够、教师角色定位偏差和团队模式发展缓慢等问题。为此,高校需要采取五个方面的策略:创设学习型组织、完善教师专业发展评价制度、建立教师专业发展支持系统、组建教师专业发展学习社群和塑造新型的组织文化。

The continuous improvement of university teachers＇ professional competence mainly through the teaching practice,organizational management and support of universities have an important impact on the professional development of teachers. Universities in our country in support teacher professional development exist some deficiencies：absence of organizations,shortage of organizational culture cultivation,bias of teacher＇s role orientation,scarcity of team patterns and others. To this end,the university needs to take five-pronged strategy： the creation of a learning organization,the improving of teachers＇ professional development evaluation system,the establishment of teachers＇ professional development support system,the formation of teachers＇ professional learningcommunity,conformation of the new organizational culture.
