摘要
研究目的:随着盾构法在国内地铁建设中的大规模运用,合理确定盾构管片的规格和尺寸在设计中显得尤为重要。目前,国内已建或在建地铁的盾构管片设计多采用工程类比方式,对管片规格的系统分析和研究较少,尚未形成一套综合多种影响因素的设计方法。本文基于太原地铁2号线全线盾构隧道设计,结合水文地质条件及工程特点,从管片规格确定依据、管片结构形式、管片直径和厚度、管片拼装方式等方面进行分析研究,以期为太原地铁后续盾构隧道设计提供指导。研究结论:(1)对于A型车,内径5 500 mm管片可满足限界要求;(2)管片环宽采用1.2 m,在总体投资增加不大的情况下,为后续线路可能出现的小半径线路提供了包容性;(3)目前该成果已经应用于太原地铁2号线盾构隧道结构设计中。
Research purposes: With the large - scale use of shield method in subway construction, it is very important to reasonably determine the specifications and size of shield segment in the design. Currently, the built or under construction subway tunnel segments design often use more engineering analogy at home, less on the system analysis and research of segment specifications, and has not yet formed a comprehensive set of design methods on a variety of factors. Based on the shield tunnel design of Taiyuan metro line 2, combined with hydrogeology condition and engineering characteristics, this paper analyzed and studied of the determination basis of segment specifications, the structure form, diameter and thickness and erection method of segment, the conclusion has important guiding significances to the subsequent shield tunnel design in Taiyuan metro. Research conclusions: ( 1 ) For the A vehicle, the inner diameter of 5 500 mm segment can fully meet the requirements of limits. (2) Segment ring width by 1.2 m has little increase in the overall investment, and provides inclusiveness for the subsequent small radius lines. (3)The results can be applied in the structure design of shield tunnel in Taiyuan Metro Line 2.
