摘要
本文通过对小麦的种植现状、新小麦后熟变化及抗营养成分的分析,初步明确了其在饲料中应用的可行性。将小麦与玉米的营养价值进行对比,发现小麦作为饲用原料所独具的营养价值优势。且在不同时期由于市场或其他因素的影响,相比于玉米,小麦更具价格与成本优势。同时,对小麦替代玉米作为畜禽饲料在养殖过程中需要注意的关键技术进行了探讨和分析;最终提出适量的新小麦并结合优质新小麦复合酶产品在饲料中的应用前景与潜在价值。
This paper was carried out to evaluate the feasibility of application of new-season wheat in animal feed by analysis of growing conditions ,post maturation and anti-nutritional factors.Furthermore ,comparing the nutritional value of new-season wheat and corn,we found that wheat had its own unique nutritional profile as an feed materials.Compared with the corn ,the much lower price and cost of wheat were showed due to the influence of market and other factors at different periods.At the same time, the key technical points of wheat instead of corn as livestock feed were analyzed and discussed. Finally,the results showed that the addition of reasonable mounts of new-season wheat with optimal wheat enzyme mix- tures would have broad application prospects and market potential value.
