摘要 普通高中教育对各国人才和国家的可持续发展,具有"固本强基"的作用,新生教育是大学教育的起点,关系到高等教育事业的长远发展。文章采用问卷调查方法对中美两国高中到大学学习生活的衔接情况进行实证研究,通过问卷分析,比较二者在考核方式、常规性教育、适应性教育、素质拓展性教育和宿舍管理等五个方面的异同。分别从高中、大学和高考改革三个不同的角度,针对学生成长的需要,对我国高中到大学的有效衔接提出了一系列改进措施。 Ordinary high school education has the role of consolidating the foundation on the sustainable development of all the countries and their talents. In this paper, questionnaire survey method is adopted to study the connection between high school and university in China and America. Through analysis of the findings, the similarities and differences of the assessment methods, routine education, adaptability education, quality development education and dormitory management are compared. It puts forward a series of improvement measures to the effective connection between high school and university, aiming at the need of the students' growth from three different perspectives of high school, nniversity and college entrance examination reform.
