赤泥基聚合硫酸铝铁的制备及其絮凝性能评价 被引量:4

SYNTHESIS OF PAFS BASED ON RED MUD AND ITS FLOCCULATION CAPACITY ASSESSMENT

摘要 以赤泥为主要原料,采用硫酸浸取的方法制备了一种无机高分子絮凝剂——聚合硫酸铝铁(PAFS)。对制备PAFS的酸浸条件进行研究,并评价其絮凝性能。实验结果表明:1)最佳酸浸条件为硫酸浓度35%,液固比5.5 m L/g,酸浸温度90℃,酸浸时间2.0 h;2)在浊度的去除方面,PAFS>聚合氯化铝(PAC)>聚合氯化铁(PFC),且PAFS去除率高达95.4%;在COD去除方面,PAC>PAFS>PFC,且PAFS最高去除率为82.7%;在总磷去除方面,PAFS>PFC>PAC,且PAFS最高去除率为87.4%。 A sulfuric acid leaching method for preparing inorganic polymer flocculant,namely polymeric aluminum ferric sulfuric( PAFS) using red mud as raw materials was studied. The sulfuric acid leaching conditions were studied,and the flocculation effects were evaluated. Results showed that the optimum conditions were sulfuric acid concentration of 35%,liquid-solid ratio of 5. 5 m L / g,temperature of 90 ℃,time of 2. 0 h. The removal effects of the turbidity by three flocculants were in the following order: PAFS 〉polymeric aluminum chloride( PAC) 〉polymeric ferric chloride( PFC),with the highest removal rate of the prepared PAFS as 95. 4%,while on removing COD,the order was PAC〉 PAFS〉 PFC,with the highest removal rate by the prepared PAFS being 82. 7%,and on removing the total phosphorus,the order was PAFS PFC PAC,with the best removal rate as 87. 4% by the prepared PAFS.
