非化学计量氧化锌催化剂的设计与制备 被引量:1

摘要 随着环境污染的日益严重,如何有效的处理环境污染已成为当今的热门话题。半导体光催化氧化技术由于在处理环境污染方面的突出优势,已受到全世界的广泛关注。然而多数半导体金属氧化物具有禁带宽度较大,对可见光的吸收利用率低的问题。本文选用Na OH固体和Zn(NO3)2·6H2O固体为原料,采用氧氛在不同温度下煅烧制得Zn Ox。通过测试性能实验结果表明非化学计量氧化锌的光催化活性高于普通Zn O2。 How to deal with the effectively environmental pollution has become a hot topic nowadays,with the increasingly serious environmental problem of the pollution. The semiconductor photocatalytic oxidation technology because of has been widespread concern around the world,the prominent advantages in the treatment of environmental pollution. However most of semiconductor metal oxides has the problem of band gap larger,and the absorption of visible light by low rate. This paper selects solid Na OH and Zn( NO3)2·6H2O solid as raw material,the oxygen atmosphere at different temperature calcined Zn Ox. The performance test results show that the photocatalytic activity of the non stoichiometric zinc oxide is higher than the ordinary Zn O2.
