摘要
采用肉汤稀释法测得藏药本草提取物对痤疮丙酸杆菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)为0.05 g/L,测得含藏药本草提取物乳霜的最低抑菌浓度为0.075 g/L。所制备的藏药本草祛痤疮乳霜的卫生指标、理化指标及配方稳定性符合《润肤乳霜》QB/T1857-2013要求。藏药本草乳霜对家兔急性皮肤刺激试验最高总积分为0,按皮肤刺激等级强度分级为无刺激性。
By the broth dilution method,the minimum inhibitory concentration（ MIC） of Tibetan herbal extracts against Propionibacterium acnes was tested to be 0. 05 g / L,which of Tibetan herbal extract cream was measured as 0. 075 g / L. The health indicators,physical and chemical indicators and formulation stability of Tibetan herbal acne cream mentioned in this article meet the requirements of ＂ cream＂ QB / T1857- 2013. Acute skin irritation tests of Tibetan medicine herbal cream were taken in a rabbit model with the highest total score as 0,which can be classified as non irritating according to the skin stimulation strength grade.
