新型二氧化硅交联胶束核壳纳米粒子在药物输送方面的应用研究 被引量:1

摘要 纳米材料作为一种多功能材料在材料、生物、以及医学等领域已被广泛应用研究。另外,作为当今医学界抗癌研究的热点,纳米材料已被广泛应用于药物输送系统的构建。但是传统胶束纳米粒子因其稳定性差及担载效率低等因素应用受到限制。本实验合成了一种新型二氧化硅交联胶束核壳纳米粒子,并就其在药物输送时的适宜条件做了探索。与聚合物胶束相比,新型核壳纳米粒子稳定性显著提高且不受稀释影响。通过改变药物缓释的温度和酸度等环境条件进一步探究该粒子稳定担载和释放姜黄素的最佳酸碱环境,并得出装载姜黄素后的胶束溶液的最佳缓释环境条件为略碱性(p H值=7.4)、室温(约27℃)状态。通过实验可发现新型交联胶束纳米粒子在药物缓释时释放速度缓慢,可以使药物分子在相同的实验条件下作用时间更长。
