PAN基碳纤维制备过程中的导电性能研究

摘要 利用X-射线衍射仪和电阻测试仪研究了PAN纤维在不同热处理温度下结构及电阻率的变化,讨论了PAN基碳纤维制备过程中电阻率与其结构的相关性。结果表明:纤维的导电性与热处理过程中生成的π电子共轭区域的大小有直接关系。当热处理温度在700℃左右时,π电子共轭区域的大小达到阈值,使π电子能够自由迁移,纤维能够导电。 The difference of structure and resistivity of PAN- fiber on different heat treatment temperature was investigated by X- ray diffraction and resistance tester. The relationship between structure and resistivity was studied. The results showed that there was a direct relationship between conductivity and size of the π- electronic conjugate region. when the temperature was about 700℃,the size of the π- electronic conjugate region achieved the threshold,and the could move,so the fiber could conduct.
