摘要
针对树脂吸附法提锂获得解吸液,经过浓缩后得到高锂溶液,但其中含有一定量的钙镁离子,会影响后续碳酸锂产品的纯度,需进行除杂工艺研究。论文重点研究了双碱除杂效果以及树脂吸附深度除钙。结果表明,碳酸钠和氢氧化钠沉淀法可有效去除高锂溶液中的Mg2+和Ca2+,另外,Amb.IRC 748螯合树脂具有很高的Ca2+选择吸附能力,且吸附速率较快。
The process of removing impurity ions from the high lithium solution obtained by adsorption in this study. The solution contains a certain amount of calcium and magnesium ions,which will affect products purity of lithium carbonate. In this paper,the removal of Mg2 +and Ca2 +by precipitation using double alkali and the removal of calcium deeply by resin adsorption were studied. The results showed that sodium carbonate and sodium hydroxide precipitation methods can effectively remove the Mg2 +and Ca2 +in high lithium solution. Amb. IRC 748 chelating resin has a high Ca2 +selective adsorption capacity,and the adsorption rate is relatively fast.
