摘要 红枣多糖具有多种生理功效,以红枣作为研究原料探究多糖提取工艺,对比以下五种提取工艺方式:热水提取法、碱液提取法、酶提取法和超声波提取法以及微波提取,得出最终结论为碱液提取多糖得率最高,为最佳提取工艺。本文介绍了红枣多糖的组成、提取分离工艺,以及生理功效的研究现状,指出了研究红枣多糖的现实意义,为红枣多糖的研究提供理论参考。 Red jujube polysaccharide has many physiological functions. This paper takes red jujube as raw materials to explore the extraction process of polysaccharide. Based on the comparison among the following five extraction methods,namely hot water extraction,alkali extraction,enzyme extraction,ultrasonic extraction and microwave extraction, it is revealed that alkali extraction has the highest rate of polysaccharide. This paper mainly introduces the composition,extraction and separation technology of red jujube polysaccharide as well as the current research on its physiological functions. It points out the significance of red jujube polysaccharide research with the aim to provide theoretical reference for future studies.
