摘要
采用德国seal的AA3连续流动分析仪测定分析水样中的硫化物,方法:将水样注入到流动分析仪中,硫化物就会在酸性条件下释放出H2S气体,与对氨基二甲苯胺(N,N-二甲基-p-苯二胺)和三氯化铁反应,生成蓝色染料亚甲基蓝,然后于660nm处比色测定。结果表明标准曲线在0.05~2.0mg/L范围内有很好的线性(r=1.0000),检出限低至0.0007mg/L,精密度RSD小于1%,对方法的回收率做了实验,所得结果在97.90%~99.40%之间;灵敏度大大提高,操作便捷,分析速度达到50个样品/h,能满足大批量时间紧迫的批量样品测试。结论:该方法实际可行,操作简单易懂,批量测试准确快速。
Objective: To establish the analytical method for determination of sulfide in water by AA3 continuous flow injection analyzer. Methods: The samples was flowed into the analyzer,The H2 S gas was released in the acid condition,with amino dimethyl aniline( N,N- dimethyl- p- phenylene diamine) and ferric trichloride to produce methylthionine,then to determind by colorimetric method at 660 nm. Results: The standard curve showed excellent linearity in the range of 0. 05 ~ 2. 0mg / L( r = 1. 0000),and detection limit is 0. 0007 mg / L. The precision of RSD is less than 1%,The results of he recovery rate of the method obtained are in 97. 90% ~ 99. 40%; Sensitivity is greatly increased,the operation is convenient,Analysis of the speed to reach 50 samples / h,it's to meet the determination of large quantities of samples in the urgent time. Conclusion: the method is simple,sensitive fast and suitable for practical application.
