浅谈管道系统中放空管及放净管的设计

Venting and Drainage Design of Piping System

放空及放净管的设置主要用于管道系统的排气和排液。设置放空及放净管一般有两种情况:其一,满足工艺系统对管道特定位置的特殊要求,其二,满足水压试验、气压试验和吹扫清洗的要求。笔者系统阐述了设置放空、放净管的目的及位置,放空、放净管的尺寸设定,放空、放净管的端部连接型式,放空、放净管的设置原则及具体要求,并结合实际工程经验给出了典型安装图例。

The venting and drainage are mainly used for exhausting and tapping of pipes. Generally,there are two kinds of instances where the venting and drainages are needed. The first one is to meet the special requirements of process system on the specific location. The second one is to satisfy the requirements of water pressure test,pressure test,purging and cleaning. The purpose and position,pipeline size,connection type of the end,the principles and specific requirements for setting venting and drainage system are illustrated. What＇s more,the typical illustrations for arrangement are given based on the practical engineering experience.
