处于重力流管道拐点处污水井能否溢出的一种计算方法

摘要 为防范和控制石油化工储存场所产生的物料泄漏和污水对周边环境的污染和危害,降低环境风险,这些企业均设有事故池。事故发生时事故液和污水由污水管道排入事故池,因此污水管道起到至关重要的作用,它能保证事故池完全发挥其应有的作用。污水管道常为重力流管道,由于有的排污管道长,可能会有坡度不一致的情况,在拐点附近常常会有污水井,如果拐点前后坡度差异大,可能会有事故液和污水从拐点处的污水井溢出,这是工程不允许出现的,因此,判断能否有事故液和污水从污水井溢出显得尤为重要。 In pretrochemical storage places,in order to prevent and control material leakage and sewage pollution and harm to the environment,reduce environmental risks,these enterprises have accident pool. Accident liquid and wastewater from sewage pipes into the pool at the time of the accident,sewage pipes play a crucial role,therefore,it can guarantee the accident pool fully play its proper role. The general sewage pipeline is gravity flowed pipe,because of some sewage pipeline is long,there may be inconsistent gradient,there is often sewage well near the inflection point,if the difference of slope before and after the inflection point is larger,there may be accident fluid and sewage overflows from the sewage well of the turning point,this is not allowed to appear,therefore,judge whether there is overflow from sewage well is particularly important.
