摘要
根据2014年对三门湾的四期调查结果,与上世纪80年代的结果进行分析比较,讨论了沉积物中粪大肠菌群和细菌总数的含量及分布特征。结果表明,调查海区沉积物中粪大肠菌群和细菌总数的含量较之前有所降低,说明了三门湾富营养化程度在降低,而微生物对于海水富营养化发生的过程起重要作用。不同营养盐表现出了不同的年内变化特点,粪大肠菌群含量2月>8月>5月>11月,细菌总数含量8月>5月>11月>2月,有机碳含量2月>5月>8月>11月,总氮含量8月>11月>5月>2月,总磷含量5月>8月>11月>2月。
According to the 2014 four survey results of Sanmen Bay, with 80 of the last century the results of analysis and comparison, discusses the content and distribution of sediment in the fecal coliform and total bacteria. The results showed that the content of investigation of the sediments from fecal coliform and total bacteria decreased than before, the Sanmen Bay eutrophication the degree was decreased, and the microbial process for seawater eutrophication plays an important role. Different nutrients showed changes in different years, fecal coliform in February 〉 8 〉 5 months 〉 11 months, the total number of bacteria content in August 〉 5 〉 11 months 〉 2 months, 〉 5 months of February 〉 8 organic carbon content 〉 11 months, the total nitrogen content of August 〉 11 〉 5 months 〉 2 months, the total phosphorus content 〉 11 May 〉 8 months 〉 2 months.
