耳屏软骨修补脑脊液耳漏7例报告 被引量：1

摘要 脑脊液耳漏是中耳胆脂瘤、慢性中耳炎、颅脑外伤、侧颅底手术、耳先天畸形等常见的症状或并发症。2012-06-2015-12我科采用耳屏软骨修补7例脑脊液耳漏患者,均一次性手术成功,现报告如下。1资料与方法1.1临床资料患者7例,男2例,女5例;年龄37～57岁;右耳4例，左耳3例。其中中耳炎岩尖胆脂瘤破坏脑膜1例，外院手术伤及鼓窦盖致耳漏1例，自发性脑脊液耳漏1例，中耳炎鼓室盖破坏气脑形成伴耳漏1例。
