摘要
为进行某拉臂车拉臂结构件的强度分析,建立了拉臂总成的有限元分析模型。针对拉臂车拉臂在作业时所受作用力的时变性,采用ADAMS软件建立拉臂车工作装置的虚拟样机模型,并通过计算得到拉臂所受最大作用力。在此基础上,应用HyperWorks有限元分析软件对拉臂结构件进行静态强度分析,得到了拉臂的应力、变形分布,为拉臂总成的结构设计和材料选择提供参考依据。
In order to analyze the strength of hooklift structure part,it establishes the finite elements analysis model,builds a virtual prototype model in the environment of mechanical system dynamics software of ADAMS based on the time variation of force and the hooklift working conditions.It obtains the maximum force of pull arm,and analyzes the static strength in the Hyperworks software,defines the modal parameters and the distribution of the stress and displacement of the pull arm.The result provides the reference to the structure design and material selection of the pull arm assembly.
