摘要
多尺度模型自提出以来,已被广泛应用于大型结构中,成为结构检测和安全评估的重要方法之一。以钻机井架为研究对象,针对井架在以往有限元仿真过程中出现的问题,采用多尺度模拟方法进行局部节点与杆件的应力响应分析。利用ANSYS有限元软件,引入多点约束方程法实现多尺度之间的界面连接,从而保证施加的力能够在不同尺度单元间的正常传递。分别对钻机井架多尺度模型与传统模型进行力学行为分析,对比结果验证了钻机井架多尺度模型的合理性与有效性。
Multi-scale model has been widely used in large structures.This model has become one of the important methods of structural testing and safety assessment.Based on drilling machine derrick,it analyzes the previous problems of the derrick in the process of finite element simulation.Using multi-scale simulations method to carry out the stress response of the local note and link,and taking the Multi-scale simulation method,it defines the multipoint constraint equations to achieve the interface connection between the multi-scale model with ANSYS finite element software,and ensure the force applied to the normal transfer between different scale unit.It analyzes the mechanical behavior with multi-scale model and traditional model of drilling machine derrick respectively,compares drill derrick multi-scale and shows the rationality and influence of derrick multi-scale model.
