半夏泻心汤病治疗慢性胃炎疗效观察

Efficacy observation of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic gastritis

目的:观察半夏泻心汤治疗慢性胃炎的疗效。方法:将120例慢性胃炎患者随机分为两组各60例。对照组采取常规对症治疗,治疗组采用半夏泻心汤治疗。1个月为1个疗程。比较治疗前后两组患者临床疗效、胃黏膜修复效果、Hp清除率及不良反应。结果:治疗组在临床总有效率、胃黏膜修复总有效率、Hp清除率上均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),而不良反应发生率则显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:运用半夏泻心汤治疗不仅可以提高临床效果,同时可提高胃黏膜修复效果,改善Hp清除率,且安全性高。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic gastritis. Method： 120 cases of patients with chronic gastritis were randomly divided into two groups, 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated conventionally, while the treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction, a month as a course of treatment. In the patients of both groups, clinical effects, repairing effects of gastric mucosa, Hp scavenging rates and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared. Results：In total clinical ef- fective rate, total effective rat of repairing of gastric mucosa and Hp scavenging rate, the treatment group was sig- nificantly higher than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; while in adverse reaction rate, the treatment group was signifi- cantly lower than control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction on chronic gastritis is better, and has the higher safety.
