针药结合对风痰阻络证脑梗死急性期患者hsCRP、VEGF的影响

Effects of acupuncture combined with traditional Chinese drugs on wind-phlegm blocking collaterals of acute cerebral infarction and hsCRP,VEGF

目的:观察化痰消栓通络汤联合针灸对风痰阻络证脑梗死急性期患者临床疗效及hsCRP、VEGF的影响。方法:选取171例脑梗死急性期患者为研究对象,随机分为治疗组86例和对照组85例。对照组患者给予规范西医治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予化痰消栓通络汤联合针刺治疗;两组均14天为1个疗程,2个疗程后评价疗效。结果:治疗组痊愈率和总有效率分别为58.14%和97.67%,均明显优于对照组的38.82%和81.18%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组的hsCRP和VEGF指标也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰消栓通络汤联合针刺用于风痰阻络证脑梗死急性期患者的治疗可提高其临床疗效,改善患者的hsCRP和VEGF指标。

Objective ：To observe the clinical effects of Huatan Xiaoshuan Tongluo decoction combined with ac- upuncture on wind-phlegm blocking collaterals of acute cerebral infarction and hsCRP, VEGF. Methods： 171 cases of selected patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group （86cases） and con- trol group（85cases）. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, while the treatment group was treated with Huatan Xiaoshuan Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture on the basis of control group. Both groups were treated for 14 days as a course of treatment. After two courses of treatment, the effects were evaluated. Results： In the treatment group, the curative rate was 58. 14% and the total efficiency rate was 97.67%, which were obviously better than 38.82% curative rate and 81.18% total efficiency rate in the control group. Compared between two groups, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： The clinical effect of Huatan Xiaoshuan Tongluo decoction combined with acupuncture on wind-phlegm blocking collat- erals of acute cerebral infarction is obviously better than that of simple conventional western medicine, and can im- prove the indices of hs CRP and VEGF of patient.
