摘要
介绍OPC技术和步进电动机速度控制在地毯簇绒机优化设计中的应用,实现基于OPC技术和步进电动机的地毯簇绒机绒圈织造性能优化。采用OPC技术传递地毯簇绒机绒圈高控制信息,以步进电动机驱动控制为核心,运用增量式PID控制方式控制步进电动机的速度,进而控制提花轮送纱量的准确性,以此提高簇绒机簇绒成圈稳定性和绒圈圈高精度。仿真结果表明,地毯簇绒机中步进电动机增量式PID速度控制算法的运用在整个簇绒地毯机提花系统中有明显优化作用,具有实际意义。
The carpet tufting machine optimization design using OPC technology and stepper motor speed control were introduced. Optimization designof carpet tufting machine pile loopweaving performancebased on OPC technology and stepper motors control,uses OPC technology to deliver pile loop high control information,and uses the stepping motor drive control system as the core. In order to improve the stability of the tufting machine pile loops weaving and the pile loops weaving precisely,the stepper motor speed controlled by incremental PID. Simulation results show that carpet tufting machine stepper motor speed control using incremental PID algorithm could optimize this loop pile height control system,there are practical significance.
