一尊彩绘泥塑侍女像的制作工艺浅析

A Preliminary Analysis to the Technique of the Making of a Color-painted Clay Maid Statue

2012年国家文物局委托中国文化遗产研究院举办短期馆藏彩绘泥塑保护修复技术培训班,学员完成理论学习后在实验室实习阶段对三尊彩绘泥塑侍女像在进行充分的前期调查研究后进行保护修复,本文所涉及的2号彩绘泥塑就是其中之一。彩绘泥塑(以下简称彩塑)的制作工艺目前尚未发现有关资料记载,本文主要通过在实验室现场勘查,彩塑残损断面进行观测和高清照相,并通过取样进行剖面显微分析观察其颜料层的层次、工艺等手段后,对这尊彩塑侍女像的制作工艺进行浅要分析,并按照制作工艺进行模拟实验、再现其制作过程。

In 2012, the State Administration of Cultural Heritage trusted the Chinese Academy of Cultural Heritage to host a short-term training session for the conservative restoration of color-painted clay sculptures collected in the museums. After the completion of the theoretical study, the trainees were assigned the lab practice to conduct conservative restoration to three color-painted clay maid statues based on thorough survey and research. The one introduced by this paper is the no. 2 of these three maid statues. Through the onsite observation in the lab, the scanning and high-resolution photographing to the section of the damaged color layers and the microscopic analysis to stratigraphy and painting technique of the samples fetched from the color layers, this paper briefly analyzed the making technique of this color-painted clay statue, and conducted simulation experiment according to the making technique to restore the entire procedure of making this color-painted clay maid statue.
