1952～1965年《中国建设》关于民族区域自治制度推行情况报道之探析

Analysis of News Reports on the Process of Regional National Autonomy Policy in China Reconstructs,1952—1965

《中国建设》（China Reconstructs,现为《今日中国》）杂志创刊于1952年,是新中国成立后最有影响的对外刊物之一。在新中国民族政策开创并初步形成体系的时期（1949~1965）,《中国建设》定期报导民族新闻,对外宣传新中国民族区域自治制度确立与推行,具有鲜明的报道特点。通过深入分析《中国建设》对民族区域自治制度推行的报道特点、传播方式和策略,可以总结杂志对民族区域自治制度的对外宣传特色：一方面,对制度的成功实践与优越性有着明确的宣传目的;另一方面,以西方读者易于接受的方式对外传播新中国的民族面貌,在增进世界人民对中国民族问题了解认识的同时,树立起建设社会主义新型民族关系的良好国际形象。

China Reconstructs was one of the most significant English magazine founded in 1952.During the period of forming the new China＇s national policy（1949-1965）,news reports concerning national topic in China Reconstructs objectively reflected the establishment and practice of regional national autonomy,assuming distinctive characteristics.By analyzing the national category in China Reconstructs,it can be summarized that the characters of news reports on regional national autonomy,the approach and strategy of dissemination：on the one hand,it had the explicit purpose of disseminating the successful practice and superiority of this policy;on the other hand,it communicated the achievements of Chinese nationalities in an acceptable way for the Westerners,forming the good image of constructing newly socialist national relations while promoting the understanding of Chinese national issues by foreign readers.
