大学生音乐心理剧团体辅导的应用——以河南师范大学“唐新乐吧”心理工作室为例

The application of group counseling for college students' music psychological drama——Take 《TangXinyueba》psychological studio of Henan Normal University for exampel

从河南师范大学外国语学院本科生中筛选出部分心理素质较差、自信水平较低、人际交往能力较弱的学生,尝试运用音乐心理剧理论技术,实施简单的团体训练活动,提高大学生的自信水平,增强团体凝聚力和参与者情感表达和自我认识的能力。

This study, selecting part of undergraduate students suffer from low psychological quality, lacking of confidence, and poor interpersonal skills from the Faculty of International Studies of Henan Normal University, attempts to use the music psychological drama theories and techniques to carry out some simple group activities by using the analysis of the students＇ understanding of music and their improvisation. The results of the study indicate that musical group counselling can significantly improve the confidence of the college students, effectively display their creativity in some certain environments, enhance the rally power and greatly stengthen their ability of self-expression and self-awareness.
