枇杷多糖对金鱼消化特性及生长的影响 被引量:6

摘要 研究枇杷多糖对金鱼消化功能及消化道结构的影响,结果表明:枇杷多糖质量浓度为1.5 g/kg时,可提高金鱼消化道蛋白酶和淀粉酶的活性;质量浓度为1.0 g/kg时,可提高金鱼消化道脂肪酶的活性;在投喂第40 d时,1.5 g/kg浓度的枇杷多糖可显著提高金鱼消化道的绒毛长度和肌层厚度。 Effects of Loquat polysaccharide on digestion function and the structure of the digestive tract of goldfish were studied,the results showed that loquat polysaccharide could improve the digestive protease and amylase activity of goldfish while its mass concentration was 1. 5 g / kg,and could improve the goldfish digestive tract lipase activity while the mass concentration was 1. 0 g / kg,and could significantly increase the villous length and muscle layer thickness of goldfish digestive tract while its concentration was 1. 5 g / kg in 40 d after treatment.
