摘要
调查福建省农业科学院2011年以来人才引进现状,以及人才结构的组成,分析福建省农业科学院人才队伍建设存在的问题,提出适应当前社会、经济、科技水平高速发展下的农业科研院所人才建设思路。
Through investigating the current status of talent introduction of FAAS since 2011 and the talent structure composition,the problems exited in talent team construction of FAAS were analyzed,and the ideas of talents construction in FAAS adapting to high-speed development of current social,economic,scientific and technological levels were put forward.
