云南住房公积金管理服务创新研究

A Study on the Innovation of the Housing Provident Fund's Management and Services in Yunnan

借鉴国内外住房公积金管理服务的先进经验,收集整理了我省公积金管理的相关资料,分析我省住房公积金管理服务工作存在的问题,提出改革现行体制,组建省级住房公积金决策及执行机构;扩大制度覆盖,向低收入人群倾斜;扩大个人住房公积金使用范围,满足缴存职工多样化使用需求;加强队伍建设,提高住房公积金从业人员整体素质和管理技能;提高服务水平,树立住房公积金文明高效的行业服务形象等对策建议。

Benefiting from the advanced experiences of the domestic and international housing provident fund manage- ment and services and the relevant data consolidation of Yunnan provincial housing provident fund management, the exist ing problems on Yunnan housing provident fund management and services are analyzed and the following countermeasures are proposed： reform the current system; establish the provincial housing provident fund decision-making and implemen- ting agencies; expand the coverage of the system and incline to the low--income people; expand the use of individual housing provident fund to meet the requirement for diverse usage of the people who pay and deposit the fund; strengthen the team construction so as to improve the overall quality of the working staffs and their management skills; enhance the service level of the housing provident fund and establish the civilized and efficient service image, and so on.
