摘要
艺术类大学生英语成绩差是个不争的事实,而且长期以来一直延续传统"填鸭式"教学方式。随着现代媒体技术的发展,打破这种传统单一的教学模式,构建集文字、图像、音频、视频、网络等为一体的多模态教学模式极为重要。艺术类院校英语教师应该在前人理论研究基础上,结合艺术类大学英语教学现状,加强多模态教学能力,充分利用各种模态进行课堂教学,并且要通过多渠道加强课后辅导,如此才能提高艺术类大学英语教学效果。
It's an indisputable fact that art students' English is poor. What' s more, it has adapted spoon feeding teaching method for a long time. With the development of modern media technology, it's of extremely importance to change the traditional single teaching method and set up a multimodal teaching mode combined with text, pictures, audio, video and network. Based on the former study of multimodal discourse anaiysis, combining the current situation of Eng- lish teaching in arts students, English teachers should strengthen their multimodal teaching abilities, make full use of the various modes in classroom teaching, and strengthen after-class tutor through multiple channels.
