摘要
从Wittgenstein"意义即使用"的语言哲学观至Firth的"语境意义论",再到Sinclair基于语料库的"意义单位"研究,确立了基于频数的语言观。在教学实践中,语言教学要聚焦于日常用语中高频词的典型意义和典型短语范式,不仅需要语料库辅助语言教学理念的指导,还必须经历一个多方位、动态发展的"教学资源"与"教学手段"的加工过程。
Scholars' successive researches on the meaning of language-from Wittgenstein' s "meaning as use" to Firth's"contextual theory of meaning" and further to Sinclair's theoretical and practical exploration of "unit of meaning"- have established that language is frequency-driven. Consequently, the typical meaning and phraseology paradigm are con- sidered as the core of language teaching and learning. However, the application of corpora into routine language teaching and learning is bound to go through a dynamic and multi-dimensional pedagogic processing and modification both as teach- ing resources and teaching techniques.
