摘要
风格化教学有利于教师职业成熟和专业化发展。然而,由于人们过分认同某种西式化教学理念,现实生活中教学的趋同化现象十分严重。倡导非标准化的教学程式,还原风格化教学的魅力,促进教师风格化教学成长。
Teaching style is in favor of teachers ~ vocational maturity and professional development. However, due to over identify on Western-oriented philosophy, the phenomenon of convergence in reality is very serious. Initiating non-- standardized programs, reducing the charm of teaching style, promoting the growth of teaching style.
