幼儿教师领导与专业发展的关系研究——以菏泽市三所公立幼儿园为例

摘要 利用问卷调查法对菏泽市三所公立幼儿园中随机选取的31名教师进行调查,并采用person相关、回归分析对数据进行处理。结果表明:幼儿园教师领导水平低于平均水平,处于低水平阶段;教师专业发展得分高于平均分,反映了幼儿园对教师专业知识能力的重视;教师领导与专业发展具有相关性,表明教师领导能力的提高可以促进教师专业的发展;教师领导可以在一定程度上对教师专业发展进行预测。 The questionnaire survey was conducted among 31 teachers randomly seleeted from three public kindergar tens in Heze city. Results show= The kindergarten teacher leadership level is lower than the average level, is in the low level stage; Teachers' professional development score higher than average, which reflects the importance of kindergarten teachers' professional knowledge ability; The relationship between teacher leadership and professional development shows that the improvement of teachers' leadership ability can promote the development of teachers' professional development; Teachers' leadership can predict teachers' professional development to a certain extent.
