苏州杨梅果实主要性状的多样性分析

摘要 试验表明,14个杨梅品种果实感官性状具有丰富的多样性,果肉质地多柔软,口感酸甜;11个特征特性之间存在较高的遗传变异和相关性,变异系数依次为果柄长﹥种子重﹥单果重﹥果柄粗﹥TSS﹥纵径﹥横径=种子长﹥种子宽﹥果形指数﹥可食率;果实的纵径、横径与果实重呈正相关,而种子的长度、宽度与种子的重量也呈正相关。 This experiment showed that there were rich diversities of sensory characters in fourteen waxberry varieties with soft fruit texture and sweet and sour taste. Eleven fruit characters had higher genetic variation and correlation. Coefficient variation of eleven characters ranked as following: earpopodium length, seed weight, average fruit weight, carpopodium width, TSS, vertical diameter, transverse diameter (equal to seed length) , seed width, fruit shape index, edible rate. There was positive correlation between vertical diameter, transverse diameter and average fruit weight. There was also positive correlation between seed length, seed width and seed weight.
