不同烤烟品种成熟期叶片失水特性及抗旱性研究 被引量:5

摘要 以8个烤烟品种为材料,采用盆栽试验,通过测定烤烟品种成熟期中部叶离体叶片的失水特性、保水力、相对含水量、自然饱和亏、临界饱和亏、需水程度等指标,并通过系统聚类分析,对各品种的抗旱性进行初步评价,明确了烤烟品种间叶片失水特性的差异。结果表明:8个烤烟品种离体叶片组织重量和相对含水量均随失水时间的延长而降低,叶片保水力由大到小依次为:Y106>豫烟9号>豫烟7号>Y7478>NC89>Y102>中烟100>K326,自然饱和亏由大到小依次为:Y106>中烟100>Y102>NC89>豫烟9号>K326>豫烟7号>Y7478,临界饱和亏由大到小依次为:Y106>豫烟9号>豫烟7号>Y7478>NC89>Y102>中烟100>K326,需水程度由大到小依次为:中烟100>Y106>Y102>K326>NC89>豫烟9号>豫烟7号>Y7478,初步认为烤烟品种Y106和豫烟9号的抗旱性较强。 The dehydrating characteristics of middle-part leaves of 8 different flue-cured tobacco varieties at maturing stage were studied through pot experiments,and their some indexes,including dehydrating character,water-holding capacity,relative water content,natural saturation deficit,critical saturation deficit,and water demand level,were determined. The drought resistance of these varieties was comprehensively evaluated by systematic clustering analysis,and the differences in dehydrating characteristics of mature leaves among 8 flue-cured tobacco varieties were made clear. The results showed that the tissue weight and relative water content of isolated leaves of 8 flue-cured tobacco varieties all decreased with the lengthening of dehydrating time. The water-holding capacity of their leaves was arranged in the order of Y106〉Yuyan 9〉Yuyan 7〉Y7478〉NC89〉Y102〉Zhongyan 100〉K326. Their natural saturation deficit revealed the following order: Y106〉Zhongyan 100〉Y102〉NC89〉Yuyan 9〉K326〉Yuyan 7〉Y7478. The critical saturation deficit was in the order of Y106〉Yuyan 9〉Yuyan 7〉Y7478〉NC89〉Y102〉Zhongyan 100〉K326.The water demand level was sequenced as follows: Zhongyan 100 〉 Y106 〉 Y102 〉 K326 〉 NC89 〉 Yuyan 9 〉 Yuyan 7 〉 Y7478. The following preliminary conclusion was obtained: the drought resistance of flue-cured tobacco varieties Y106 and Yuyan 9 was stronger than that of the others.
