摘要
设置了不同密度蒲草和螺蛳的正交试验,优化出最佳净化效果的试验组。结果表明:各试验组与对照组相比,能够显著降低水体中的COD、总氮、总磷、氨氮和亚硝酸盐等化学指标,其中以Ⅷ组(即当蒲草的种植比例为10%,螺蛳的密度为266.7 g/m3时)对水质的净化效果最好,能够有效控制水体富营养化,有效地保护了湖滨湿地的生态环境。
In order to optimize the ratio of hydrophyte to benthic organism for purifying the water quality in lakeside wetland,we set up and conducted an orthogonal test for different densities of cattail and cipangopaludina. The results showed that the COD,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,ammonia nitrogen,nitrite and other chemical indexes in the treated water body were significantly lower than those in the control water body,and treatment Ⅷ( the planting proportion of cattail was 10%,and the density of cipangopaludina was 266.7 g / m3) had the best purifying effect on the water quality,and could effectively control the eutrophication of water body,and protect the ecological environment of lakeside wetland.
