摘要
采用金相显微镜、拉伸试验机和布氏硬度仪,研究了双级均热制度对5052铝合金铸锭组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,不同均热制度对铸锭的微观组织与力学性能有显著区别,但经过420℃×2h+510℃×8h双级均匀化的5052铝合金铸锭微观组织与综合力学性能最优。
Effect of two-stage homogenization on microstructure and property of 5052 aluminum alloy ingot was researched using metalloscope, tensile test machine and Brinell hardness tester. The results show that effect of various homogenization systems on microstructure and mechanical property of ingot are distinguish significantly. Microstructure and mechanical property of 5052 alloy ingot with two-stage homogenization of 420℃×2h+510℃×8h are optimum.
