摘要
哈萨克斯坦独立后的第一部《语言法》几经修改,定哈萨克语为国语,俄语为族际通用语。通过调查哈萨克斯坦高校大学生的语言状况,分析非主体民族(哈萨克族以外的其他民族)大学生在家庭、学校、社会、网络等方面的语言使用状况;哈萨克语、俄语、英语的语言能力状况及非主体民族大学生对三种语言的态度差异,进而分析未来哈萨克斯坦语言状况的发展趋势。
Kazakhstan's first post-independence"Language Law"after several modifications, Kazakh language was designated as the national language. Russian is inter-ethnic lingua franca. This article is an attempt to explore the language situation of the country. This analysis focuses on Non-main ethnic Students in the language situation in the family, school, community, network, and other aspects of language use; was identified students level of Kazakh,Russian and English, also was revealed a difference in their attitude to three languages, Therefore we can explore the future status of Kazakh language trends.
