摘要
经济新常态下2015年全国经济增速减缓,而浙江省积极调整产业结构、保持经济高速增长。分析土地市场状况对于推进产业结构升级、促进经济发展具有重要意义。分析2015年浙江省土地市场的规模和结构变化,并对11个地市进行横向比较。结果表明浙江省土地市场总体受到一定打击,11地市土地成交宗数和面积变化情况不一,个别城市土地市场开始回暖,土地市场仍处于调整期。降低或继续维持较低的供应规模有利于土地市场健康发展。
Under the new normal situation of economics, the national economics growth in 2015 slowed down, while the Zhejiang province adjusted the structure of industries to keep the economics growing at a high rate of speed.Analyzing the situation of the land market is of great significance to promote the upgrading of industrial structure and the economical growth.This paper analyzes the change of size and structure of Zhejiang' s land market in 2015, and compare the 11 cities.The results show that Zhejiang' s land market is affected to a degree.The changes differ between 11 cities, and some cities' land markets begin to pick up.The land market is still in the adjustment.Reducing or maintaining the supply of land at a low level makes for a healthy development of the land market.
