产城融合研究综述——以一个新界定为框架

产城融合本质上是城市人口、工业生产功能区、服务功能区之间的融合,基于这种理解形成综述的分析框架,通过产城融合的提出、界定、评价、实现历程、内容、障碍、问题根源和实现路径等方面的文献梳理,呈现了产城融合的研究成果;并发现产城融合的界定等基本问题有待厘清,其历史经验、计量分析、实现路径等方面的研究有待加强。

The integration of industries and urban is essentially the integration of the urban population, industrial function and service function area. This paper reviews the research on the proposition, definition, evaluation, realization course, requirements, obstacles, springhead of the problems and realization path of the integration of industries and urban, which discovers the basic cognition of the integration of industries and urban need to be corrected, and proposes the research directions which need to be strengthened, such as historic experience, econometrics analysis, realization path, and etc.
