大数据时代的到来为房地产市场分析提供了高效的数据分析工具,我们可以从大数据概念出发,探讨房地产大数据的构成和大数据分析技术在房地产市场中的应用。基于大数据管理模式的房屋全生命周期动态数据库,以及GIS空间数据和大数据分析方法的武汉市房地产市场分析的研究成果,对大数据在房地产市场分析中的应用予以总结与展望。

The arrival of the era of big data provides efficient data analysis tool for the real estate market analysis. In this paper, we discuss the concept of big data, data analysis technique and its application in the real estate market. Then this paper introduces the whole life cycle dynamic database which is based on big data management mode, and the research results of Wuhan real estate market analysis which is based on GIS spatial data and big data analysis methods. Finally, we summarize and prospect the application of big data in the real estate market analysis.
