摘要
伴随着我国房地产行业的迅猛发展,物业管理规模逐步扩大、物业类型多样化,随之而来的诚信问题已成为制约行业发展的重要因素。在国务院提出加强社会信用体系和行业信用建设的大背景下,分析物业管理行业信用评价工作的必要性和可行性,从企业自身、社会责任、经营管理和相关方满意度四个方面完善信用评价指标体系,以推进行业信用建设。
With the rapid development of real estate industry in China, property management has developed into various types. However, the credit problem has become an important factor restricting the development of the industry. In the background of the social credit system put forward by the State Council, this paper analyzes both the necessity and feasibility of property management credit evaluation, as well as indexes about enterprise, social responsibility, management and interest parties' satisfaction. In the end, some suggestions are put forward for improvement.
