农户宅基地退出意愿影响因素研究

Study on the Influencing Factors of Farmer's Intention on Quitting the Residential Land from Perspective of the Planned Behavior Theory

研究目的,探讨农户宅基地退出意愿的影响因素。研究方法,基于计划行为理论,结合PLS结构方程模型。研究结果,农户的行为态度、主观规范与知觉行为控制均会对农户宅基地退出意愿造成显著影响。其中,行为态度和知觉行为控制的影响更为显著。研究结论,完善宅基地退出的补偿机制并制定合理的补偿水平,以保证农户对宅基地退出的正向态度;加强宣传,传达政府对宅基地退出行为的支持,加强已退出者与其他农户的交流与沟通,减轻农户预测其退出宅基地时所感受到的社会压力;简化退出手续,建立退出者合法权益的保护机制,提高农户感知退出宅基地容易的程度。

The purpose of this paper is to study the influencing factors of farmer＇ sintention on quitting the residential land. The research method is based on the theory of planned behavior, combining PLS structural equation model. Results showed that the farmers behavioral attitude subjective norm and perceived behavior control have a significant impact on the farmers willingness to quit the residential land, among them, the impact of the behavioral attitude and perceived behavior control s are more significant. Research conclusion include to Perfect the compensation mechanism of quitting the residential land, and set reasonable compensation level to ensure the positive attitude of farmers to quit the residential land, strengthen the propaganda to express the support of government and strengthen the communication between famers and other farmers have withdrawn to reduce the pressure of society that farmers will be feeling, simplify the formalities of quit and protect the legitimate rights and interests of farmers who have quit the residential land to make farmers to perceive the ease of the behavior of the quit.
