低温胁迫下10个引进柿品种抗寒性比较 被引量:2

摘要 [目的]筛选适合山西省晋中地区栽植的、抗寒性较强的柿品种。[方法]以引进的10个有代表性的柿品种一年生休眠枝条为材料,通过人工模拟降温,对其进行低温诱导,并对柿枝条的可溶性糖含量、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸、MDA、SOD活性、POD活性等生理指标进行测定,应用主成分分析法,对10个柿品种的抗寒性进行综合评价分析。[结果]10个柿品种抗寒性大小依次为:磨盘柿>海安小方柿>华县白旋柿>干帽盔>火罐>泾川扁塌塌>荥阳大叶水柿>阳丰>永济青柿>孝义牛心柿。其中涩柿品种:磨盘柿、华县白旋柿、泾川扁塌塌、火罐等几个品种较适宜山西省果树所地区栽植;甜柿品种阳丰改接的枝条目前长势良好。[结论]筛选出适合山西省晋中地区栽植的、抗寒性较强的柿品种有磨盘柿、华县白旋柿、泾川扁塌塌、火罐。 [Objective] To screen persimmon varieties which are cold-resistance and are suitable for J inzhong area, Shanxi Province. [Methods] Taking 10 typical one-year dormant persimmon branches introduced from another province as experimental material, low-temperature induced them, and test the physiological indexes such as the soluble sugar content, soluble protein content, Proline, MDA, SOD activity, POD activity and so on. Analyze the application of principal component and make comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the cold resistance situations of 10 varieties of persimmon. [Results] Ranking of cold-resistance ability of 10 varieties of persimmon is as follows: Mopan persimmon 〉 Xiaofang persimmon from Haian 〉 Bai Xuan persimmon from Hua county,〉 Gan Maokui 〉 Huoguan 〉 Jingchuan Biantata 〉 Big-leaf Shui persimmon from Xingyang 〉 Yangfeng 〉 Yongji Cyan persimmon 〉 Niuxin persimmon from Xiaoyi 〉 Astringent persimmon varieties like Mopan persimmon, Bai Xuan persimmon from Hua county, J ingchuan Biantata, and H uoguan are suitable for planting in GuoShuSuo in Shanxi province l while the converted bran- ches of YangFeng persimmon, one of the sweet-flavored persimmons, is growing well at the moment.. E-Conclusion] According to the experiments, the cold resistance persimmon like Mopan persimmon,Bai Xuan persimmon from Hua county, Jingchuan Biantataand Huoguan are suitable for planting in Jinzhong area, Shanxi Province.
