山西不同居群野生赖草光合特性研究 被引量:3

摘要 [目的]为赖草品种的选育和赖草种质资源的合理利用提供依据。[方法]以山西省不同地区采集的8个野生赖草(Leymus secalinus(Georgi)Tzvel.)资源为材料,在山西省晋中市太谷县进行栽培驯化,通过对生长3年的赖草居群光合特性比较分析,评价和筛选优质赖草种质。[结果]不同居群赖草的Pn与Gs在不同生育期的变化趋势一致,且3个生育期Pn和Gs平均值较高的是朔州和右玉居群,浑源居群的Pn和Gs最低;相关性分析表明,Pn、Tr与Gs呈显著正相关,与Ci呈显著负相关,说明Pn的变化主要是由非气孔因素引起。[结论]综合分析朔州居群和右玉居群表现较好,对本地区的气候适应能力较强,可作为今后育种工作的重点选育目标。 [Objective]In order to provide theoretical basis for reasonably selecting and utilizing the genetic resources of Leymus secalinus(Georgi)Tzvel,[Methods]eight populations of Leymus secalinus from Shanxi Province were cultivated at Taigu of Shanxi,and Photosynthetic Characteristics were evaluated.[Results]The results showed that net photosynthetic rate(Pn)of different populations was consistent with stomatal conductance(Gs)in different growth period.Shouzhou and Youyu populations had the highest net photosynthesis rate(Pn)and stomatal conductivity(Gs),but Hunyuan populations had the lowest.There were significant positive correlation between net photosynthesis rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr),and stomatal conductivity(Gs),were significant negative correlation with intercellular CO2concentration(Ci).[Coclusion]Shouzhou and Youyu were the best,they could be used as a focus of breeding in the future.
