摘要
[目的]探讨葡萄籽原花青素(GSP)对断奶仔猪生长性能、免疫力和抗氧化力的影响。[方法]选取128头21日龄断奶仔猪,按试验的要求随机分成4个组,每组4个重复,每个重复为8头仔猪,各组包括对照组和低剂量组(基础日粮+50mg·kg^(-1) GSP)、中剂量组(基础日粮+100mg·kg^(-1) GSP)和高剂量组(基础日粮+150mg·kg^(-1) GSP),饲喂28d。在试验进行到第14天和第28天收集各组仔猪的血液样本,测定血清免疫指标和抗氧化指标。[结果]与对照组相比,添加100和150mg·kg^(-1) GSP的试验组显著提高了仔猪血清IgG、IgM、补体3(C3)、补体4(C4)和IL-2的浓度(P<0.05),提高了断奶仔猪GSH-Px和SOD的活性以及血清T-AOC(P<0.05),降低了血清中MDA含量(P<0.05)。[结论]断奶仔猪日粮中添加GSP有利于提高仔猪的免疫力和抗氧化力。
[Objective]The trial was conducted to investigate effects of grape seed procyanidins(GSP)on immune function and antioxidant capacity in weaned piglets.[Methods]A total of 128Duroc×Landrace×Yorkshine piglets weaned at 21 days of age were randomly assigned to one of the four treatment groups with 4replicate pens per group and 8piglets per pen.The treatments included control group(fed a basal corn-soybean meal diet,BD)and three different GSP level groups(BD+50,100,150mg·kg-1 GSP respectively).The trial lasted 28 days.Blood samples were collected on d 14 and 28for the measurement of serum immune parameters and antioxidant indices.[Results]Pigs offered diets supplemented with GSP at doses of 100 or 150mg·kg-1 generated higher(P〈0.05)serum immunoglobulin(Ig)G,IgM,complement 4(C4)and interleukin-2(IL-2)concentrations,produced stronger(P〈0.05)serum T-AOC,GSH-Px and SOD activities and lower serum MDA content than those fed basal diet.[Conclusion]Administration of GSP in weaned piglets diet had beneficial effects on immune responses and antioxidant abilities suggested in weaned piglets.
