儿科血液病房低年资护士负性情绪体验的现象学研究

Phenomenological Study on Pediatric Junior Nurses' Negative Working Experience in Blood Ward

目的探索儿科血液病房低年资护士工作中的负性情绪体验。方法 2014年8月至2015年7月,采用目的抽样法选取某大学附属儿童医院血液病房的低年资护士19名为研究对象。采用现象学研究方法,对其进行半结构式访谈,并运用NVivo 10.0软件,管理、发掘和查找文本数据,以Colaizzi 7步分析法进行资料分析。结果共提炼得出6个主题,即紧张与焦虑、恐惧与无助、压抑与悲哀、不被认同感、缺乏成就感、对化疗药物危害的不确定感等。结论儿科血液病房低年资护士需要更多的关注,医院管理者应针对其存在的负性体验,采取有效的干预措施,以减轻其心理压力,使其处于最佳的身心健康状态,以保证护理质量和护理安全。

Objective To explore the negative emotional experience of pediatric junior nurses in blood ward.Methods Totally 1 9 pediatric j unior nurses were selected and had semi-structured interviews.The NVivo 10.0 software was used to organize the data and the data were analyzed by the Colaizzi phenomeno-logical methodology.Results Six themes were extracted including tension and anxiety,fear and helpless, depression and sadness,the feeling of not be recognized,the lack of a sense of achievement and uncertainty about the harm of chemotherapy drugs.Conclusions Pediatric j unior nurses in blood ward need more attention,the hospital manager should take targeted measures based on the existing negative experiences to relieve nurses’psychological burden,and help nurses to achieve the best psychological and physical status, thus to ensure nursing quality and safety.
