土地征收制度的中外区别主要体现在法律支撑体系、土地征收补偿标准、土地征收补偿程序等方面。我国的土地征收制度在立法、征收目的和范围、征收补偿标准及征收补偿程序方面都存在不足和缺陷,借鉴国外较成熟先进的土地征收制度,应从立法、完善补偿范围、提高补偿标准、改进征地程序等方面对中国的土地征收制度加以完善。

The main difference between China and foreign countries in the land expropriation system mainly reflected in the legal support system,land expropriation compensation standards,compensation of land expropriation procedure,etc.The system of land expropriation in our country still has defectsin in the legislation,the purpose and scope of the collection,the collection of compensation standard and the compensation procedure.If we are to learn from foreign advanced land acquisition system,we should improve the system of land expropriation in China from the aspects of legislation,perfecting the compensation scope,improving the standard of compensation and improving the procedure of land expropriation.
